Position: Marketing Manager - Professional Services Team (Remote/WFH)

Overview

We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our esteemed Professional Services team at one of the largest technology firms globally. In this position, you will partner closely with the client's content marketing manager to ensure alignment of priorities and the successful execution of impactful marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to establish compelling positioning, identify target audiences, and develop tailored marketing plans for various channels and workstreams.
  • Lead the execution of content marketing initiatives, guiding projects from conception through to delivery while promoting collaboration across internal teams.
  • Analyze performance metrics, customer insights, market trends, and industry best practices to formulate data-driven strategies that yield actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Work alongside agency teams across dynamic domains such as CRM, social media, performance marketing, and web to design, test, and enhance lead-nurturing tactics.
  • Engage with creative and editorial teams to develop persuasive creative briefs and direct content creation in alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Utilize market and customer insights to refine and enhance content strategies that drive conversions and generate qualified leads.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of marketing initiatives, offering actionable suggestions for optimization based on data analysis.
  • Present innovative ideas, strategies, and deliverables effectively to both internal and external teams, ensuring clear communication with senior leadership.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • 3-5 years of specialization in search, social, and content marketing.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the interconnected marketing ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities to address challenges and formulate actionable plans.
  • Proven collaboration and relationship-building skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for exceeding expectations.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Creative mindset for devising innovative solutions and overcoming obstacles.
