- Oversee and optimize paid social media campaigns utilizing platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Pinterest, TikTok, and others.
- Enhance campaign performance to meet client goals, focusing on engagement, customer acquisition, direct response, reach, and frequency.
- Analyze campaign metrics to derive actionable insights, refine performance, and formulate effective strategies.
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on campaign progress, performance, and strategic guidance.
- Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and paid advertising.
- Collaborate with colleagues to devise media strategies and create targeted paid social media plans, including audience segmentation, messaging, and budgeting.
- Craft compelling ad copy tailored for eCommerce campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through outstanding service and effective communication.
- 3 years of experience managing cross-platform eCommerce paid social media campaigns.
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, along with experience on platforms like Pinterest and TikTok.
- Capability to manage multiple client accounts (4-7 accounts concurrently).
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and Shopify platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interpret data into strategic recommendations.
- Knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive).
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
