- Conduct quarterly onsite evaluations to assess RMU performance, offering insights for enhancement and actionable feedback.
- Collaborate with local teams to ensure alignment with overarching retail objectives at airport locations.
- Facilitate annual training sessions and virtual workshops to enhance the merchandising skills of small business owners.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, delivering quarterly reports with data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Comprehensive knowledge of merchandising principles, retail pricing strategies, and marketing techniques.
- Exceptional communication and training abilities, particularly with newcomers to the retail sector.
- Proficient in designing planograms and conveying merchandising concepts in diverse settings.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail merchandising, visual merchandising, or retail operations, preferably with small businesses.
