Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop personal insurance opportunities through various communication channels, including in-person meetings, telephone calls, emails, and online engagements.
- Foster and maintain robust client relationships by providing timely and accurate quotes, consistent follow-up, and comprehensive account support.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities by expanding coverage for existing clients and re-engaging previous customers.
- Ensure clients receive the optimum coverage and rates by obtaining quotes, processing applications, and binding insurance coverage. Assist clients in understanding their policies and available options.
- Prepare clients for policy renewals, focusing on client retention and addressing all inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Monitor key performance indicators to meet sales targets while maintaining precise and timely records of sales activities.
- Collaborate with fellow team members, mentor junior staff, and contribute insights during team meetings.
- Keep abreast of continuing education, industry developments, and changes in legislation, new products, and technologies to enhance overall performance.
- Extensive knowledge of insurance products, rating, underwriting procedures, and industry best practices.
