- Craft and implement a robust product growth strategy that drives user acquisition, conversion, retention, and product adoption.
- Identify key growth opportunities across the customer journey using data-driven insights.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize user engagement and retention efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and data analytics, to execute growth initiatives effectively.
- Continuously refine user onboarding experiences and in-product messaging to maximize customer engagement and reduce churn.
- Analyze product performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve growth outcomes.
- 7 years of product management experience within a dynamic SaaS environment.
- Minimum of 3 years focused on growth product management.
- Proven success in leading initiatives that drive key growth metrics, including acquisition, retention, and product adoption.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Looker, or Google Analytics.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, enabling effective interaction across various teams.
- A passion for experimentation and rapid iteration to foster product improvement and growth.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset to tackle complex challenges in an evolving industry.
- 7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on growth strategies.

- US: \(206,000 - \)230,000 USD
- Canada: \(179,200 - \)224,000 CAD These figures do not include equity or other benefits that may form part of your overall compensation package.
