Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product vision and strategy for Prism, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and market trends.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features based on client feedback, industry developments, and business goals.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including client partners, media strategists, and shared services, to facilitate smooth product development and successful launches.
  • Conduct in-depth market and competitor analyses to uncover opportunities, identify threats, and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback systematically to enhance product offerings and achieve high satisfaction rates.
  • Monitor and assess product performance metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Communicate product plans, updates, and outcomes to leadership effectively.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continually enhance Prism's capabilities.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degree is an advantage).
  • A minimum of 5 years of product management experience within digital marketing or related sectors.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and decision-making proficiency.
  • Ability to navigate competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Innovative mindset with a profound understanding of digital marketing.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and adeptness in solving complex challenges.
  • Performance-driven mentality along with a collaborative spirit.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of product management experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Competitive salary: \(72,200 - \)170,000 per year (location-based).
  • Performance-based bonuses and participation in an equity incentive plan.

  • End-of-year flex week (December 24 - January 1).
