Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development of new internal CMS and site product features.
- Define user stories accompanied by clear acceptance criteria, ensuring comprehensive understanding among stakeholders and development teams.
- Validate product assumptions through rigorous data analysis, user research, and feedback.
- Lead cross-functional teams—including design, development, QA, operations, and business stakeholders—to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to confirm that product features are technically feasible and align with the company's strategic roadmap.
- Build and meticulously manage the product backlog, concentrating on high-impact features that address customer needs and align with business objectives.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of customer pain points, leveraging data analysis and market trends to drive product decisions.
- Create and maintain technical workflows and user flow diagrams to visualize product development from ideation to post-launch.

- Proven ability to leverage data for informed decision-making, with a solid grasp of metrics and statistical significance.
- Familiarity with Agile principles and practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and collaborative teamwork.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a solutions-driven approach to complex challenges.
- A relevant degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Marketing) or equivalent experience.
