Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a brand and product strategy utilizing leading consumer brands to foster growth.
- Collect and assess Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback to pinpoint industry trends and opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage resources to realize new product initiatives.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop effective program solutions that enhance customer loyalty.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, including new product development, financial evaluations, forecasting, pricing strategy, product launches, and iterations.
- Develop a comprehensive product roadmap to guide the evolution of vehicle wash chemical solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing to create sales tools, training resources, and field marketing initiatives.
- Support integration efforts related to acquisitions, optimizing product lines and enforcing brand standards.
- Coordinate with Connected Solutions and Systems teams to align with long-term strategic goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Chemistry, Operations, Finance, Management, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or technical sales.
- Knowledge of P&L management, new product development processes (Stage Gate), and project management is advantageous.
- Expertise in crafting and executing high-level program and pricing strategies.
- Familiarity with the car wash industry or technical insights into chemical solutions and integrated wash systems is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with product roadmaps and project management software is a benefit.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to manage remote cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%, including overnight stays.
