This position is fully remote within the United States. The compensation package includes a salary range of \(130,000 - \)160,000 for mid-level candidates and \(150,000 - \)180,000 for senior-level candidates, commensurate with experience. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Lead the definition, development, launch, and refinement of complex features that align with the overarching product vision.
- Manage the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring quality assurance and effective user testing practices.
- Conduct research to gather insights that will inform strategy and decision-making.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, including the creation of sales materials, customer rollout strategies, and training for product support teams.
- Assume ownership of product decisions and work autonomously to drive projects to completion.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in product management focused on SaaS applications.
- At least 1 year of experience in a startup setting.
- Proficient project management and organizational capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to advance initiatives and foster teamwork.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, complemented by meticulous attention to detail.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach; readiness to engage and take initiative.
- Solid technical proficiency, particularly in understanding complex systems and participating in engineering discussions regarding database schemas and APIs.
