Job Overview

As a Product Manager, you will be integral to the development and oversight of healthcare technology solutions that simplify electronic billing, attachments, and payment processes. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, customer success teams, operations, client services, and engineering teams to ensure our offerings align with industry demands and regulatory standards. Your capacity to transform strategic objectives into practical initiatives will be key to driving our product's success and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and articulate the strategic roadmap for healthcare technology solutions.
• Convert strategic targets into comprehensive business and system requirements.
• Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and supervise release planning.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from inception to launch, encompassing marketing and pricing strategies.
• Conduct market analysis, gather customer insights, and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Develop product documentation such as SWOT analyses, competitive assessments, and product battlecards.
• Establish product performance metrics and utilize data insights to improve effectiveness and revenue.
• Collaborate with strategic partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Identify and implement process improvement strategies within a dynamic setting.
• Support additional product and project management initiatives as necessary.
  
  

Required Skills

• 5 years of product management experience with a solid grasp of industry best practices.
• Experience in the healthcare sector and familiarity with enterprise-level healthcare claim solutions.
• Proficient in X12 transaction sets (837, 835, 278, 277, 275, etc.), HL7 Clinical, and FHIR standards.
• Proven experience with SaaS solutions and API development.
• Strong leadership qualities, with the capability to identify risks and effectively engage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting business/technical requirements.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Preferred experience in a highly matrixed organization, coordinating across various business units.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
