Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with essential cross-functional stakeholders to gather insights and contribute to long-term strategies and product roadmaps.
- Partner with team members to develop and refine workflow and process diagrams.
- Create or assist in the creation of user stories, usability documents, and functional requirements.
- Work alongside teams in eCommerce, Finance, and Supply Chain to effectively plan, prepare for, and execute device launches.
- Support reverse logistics initiatives in alignment with business needs.
- Leverage analytics tools to assess the success of new products or features and communicate insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Assist senior product managers in the planning and execution of various products and services.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in the telecommunications field, particularly in prepaid services.
- Proven capability to lead discussions with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong foundation as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a comparable position.
- Ability to craft a strategic vision and actionable plans for future products and services.
- Experience with integrating third-party platforms or products into existing technical systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of product, service, and operational behaviors from both business and technical viewpoints.
- Familiarity with developer terminology and effective communication with technical teams.
- Experience managing tasks, requirements, and documentation across various projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong background as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
- In-depth understanding of product, service, and operational behaviors from both a business and technical perspective.
