Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize product backlog items and features in alignment with the product vision and strategic objectives.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of our product offerings to design impactful features that meet overall goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify challenges and translate them into actionable technology improvements.
- Compose clear and concise user stories with detailed acceptance criteria to enable efficient and high-quality development.
- Serve as the primary resource for the development and testing teams, addressing impediments and clarifying objectives.
- Engage in agile ceremonies, including daily scrums, grooming sessions, sprint planning, and reviews.
- Tackle product quality concerns and maintain a focus on continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain product documentation and support the creation of training materials for various stakeholders.
- Monitor and report the progress of assigned products throughout the year.
- Act as the main contact for technology needs, fostering robust and collaborative relationships with all stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the software development process.
- Promote a culture of collaboration and transparency within the team, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
- Proficiency in Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence for software development.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and apply insights to inform product decisions.
- Expertise in crafting product requirements and detailed acceptance criteria.
- Strong communication skills with experience in cross-functional and remote team environments.
- Process-oriented mindset, capable of adapting and implementing effective change management strategies.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Healthcare IT solutions is strongly preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, marketing, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
