Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the formulation, evaluation, and monitoring of project requirements for the Commercial Casualty Underwriting team.
- Partner effectively with IT and data science teams to ensure transparent communication regarding objectives, timelines, and project specifications.
- Provide ongoing feedback and maintain open lines of communication with team members to facilitate seamless development, release, and support phases.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, risk engineering, marketing, sales, IT, and data science teams to fulfill product objectives.
- Engage in the sales process to articulate the value proposition of the product, ensuring clients comprehend its features and advantages.
- Analyze both internal and external data, delivering insights and recommendations while presenting business cases to assist decision-making.
- Work closely with prospective users to ascertain their needs and convert them into actionable product specifications.
- Create and uphold a product roadmap synchronized with overarching business goals and visions.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize functionalities, and adjust to evolving requirements as necessary.
- Supervise all phases of product development, including design, implementation, and final rollout.
- Collaborate with product teams and end-users to identify and rectify defects, as well as to integrate enhancements.
- Actively engage in Scrum meetings and product sprints to ensure ongoing alignment and progress.
- Maintain and update data dictionaries to ensure clarity and consistency across teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Software Development, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
