Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Middle Market Sales and Business Development teams to identify regional and channel-specific marketing needs, ensuring alignment with revenue goals.
- Act as a vital liaison among integrated marketing, vertical marketing, and sales teams to synchronize strategies, messaging, and objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer expectations, incorporating insights into marketing strategies.
- Tailor corporate and vertical marketing initiatives to meet regional and channel demands, maximizing their relevance and impact.
- Create and oversee sales cadences and email templates utilizing platforms such as Salesloft and Seismic to support sales objectives.
- Employ marketing technology and AI tools (e.g., 6Sense, Salesloft, Seismic) to design personalized, data-driven marketing campaigns.
- Provide robust sales enablement support by developing tools, content, and training resources to enhance the effectiveness of sales teams.
- Monitor and assess marketing campaign performance, leveraging data to refine strategies and enhance ROI.
- Assume the role of program manager, ensuring the flawless execution of marketing initiatives across various teams, dedicating approximately 30% of your time to supporting the vertical marketing team.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, channel marketing, sales enablement, or a related field with a strong focus on campaign strategy.
- Exceptional project management capabilities, with a track record of managing multiple initiatives and aligning cross-functional teams toward shared objectives.
- Deep understanding of industry-specific market dynamics, buyer personas, and customer journeys to formulate effective marketing strategies.
- Proven experience in developing engaging sales and marketing content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with marketing and sales enablement tools such as Salesloft, Seismic, and 6Sense (or equivalent platforms).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
- A proactive marketing professional with strong program management acumen and a commitment to aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Ideally located in Southern California, within commuting distance to Costa Mesa, although not a strict requirement.
