Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee the entire project lifecycle, including design, permitting, bidding, and construction management.
- Manage projects of up to 75k RSF, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Formulate and monitor project budgets, encompassing both hard and soft costs.
- Coordinate project timelines, select project teams, and oversee financial management for each initiative.
- Develop and implement marketing and development strategies to strengthen client relationships.
- Provide on-site oversight to guarantee that all project milestones and performance benchmarks are achieved.
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure accounts receivable remain within planned working capital parameters.
- Organize and manage all RFPs, contracts, invoices, and essential project documentation, maintaining up-to-date electronic records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in project management or a comparable role.
- Comprehensive understanding of the construction, architecture, or commercial real estate sectors.
- Exceptional interpersonal capabilities, facilitating relationship-building with executive-level clients, both internal and external.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail, adept at managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of BlueBeam is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team framework.
