Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business by crafting effective and tailored outreach campaigns through email and phone communication.
- Connect with potential customers from various inbound leads, including free trials, webinars, events, and content downloads, to qualify and arrange meetings for the sales representatives.
- Maintain ongoing communication with prospects through strategic follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product departments to refine messaging and identify optimal customer profiles.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive dynamics, sharing insights with the team.
- Develop a profound understanding of our sector and sales methodologies to foster meaningful dialogues with potential clients.
- Work in conjunction with Account Executives to provide updates on client status.
- Regularly update and manage our CRM system (Salesforce or equivalent) to monitor progress and ensure precise reporting.
- Achieve and surpass monthly targets for Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant role (sales, business development, or lead generation).
- A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with inbound sales processes and lead qualification.
- Previous experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is favorable.
- Confidence to make 50 calls per day, effectively engaging prospects.
