We invite driven and ambitious sales professionals to apply for the pivotal role of Sales Executive / Manager at our esteemed organization. This position, which offers the flexibility of remote work alongside occasional travel, is integral to advancing our sales initiatives within the United States market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking at events, and leveraging social media.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering a sense of loyalty.
  • Craft and deliver persuasive presentations and customized proposals tailored to potential clients.
  • Forge strategic alliances with C-level executives and key decision-makers to enhance account growth.
  • Negotiate favorable contracts and agreements that create win-win scenarios for both clients and the company.
  • Manage and oversee your assigned territory or account pipeline, employing innovative strategies to stimulate growth and revenue.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to effectively position the company’s offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including analysts and marketing, to design and execute strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as needed to engage with clients, present solutions, and represent the company at various events.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular updates on sales performance activities.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of three years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in consultative selling and account management.
  • Demonstrable success in increasing revenue year over year, with a background in selling products and services, ideally subscriptions or consulting services.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to travel as required to fulfill client engagements and represent the company.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
