Key Responsibilities
- Foster and maintain relationships with trade partners, including designers, builders, and retail associates.
- Conduct engaging training sessions and informational events to educate partners about our product offerings.
- Ensure optimal product placement and merchandising in partner locations to maximize visibility and sales.
- Organize promotional activities and product launches to generate excitement and engagement in your territory.
- Develop a strong sales pipeline and conduct periodic reviews to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize and forecast sales objectives.
- Travel regularly to meet with key stakeholders and expand our market presence in Virginia, the Carolinas, and Tennessee.
- Proven ability in outside/B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
