Key Responsibilities

  • Foster and maintain relationships with trade partners, including designers, builders, and retail associates.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions and informational events to educate partners about our product offerings.
  • Ensure optimal product placement and merchandising in partner locations to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Organize promotional activities and product launches to generate excitement and engagement in your territory.
  • Develop a strong sales pipeline and conduct periodic reviews to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize and forecast sales objectives.
  • Travel regularly to meet with key stakeholders and expand our market presence in Virginia, the Carolinas, and Tennessee.

Required Skills

  • Proven ability in outside/B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of delivering impactful presentations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships and influence decision-making in a professional context.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the residential market or related industries.
  • A background in luxury appliances or plumbing is advantageous.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Interior Design, Building Sciences, or a comparable field is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to achieve sales goals and strengthen partnerships.
