Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries and prospect calls originating from web chat and call centers.
- Proactively follow up on missed or after-hours calls to capture every opportunity.
- Utilize various communication channels, including text messaging, emails, and phone calls, to connect with potential sellers.
- Schedule appointments for Real Estate Consultants to further the sales process.
- Audit and monitor leads to guarantee timely and suitable follow-up.
- Assign leads that are not auto-assigned to appropriate team members.
- Re-engage aged leads to identify new opportunities.
- Provide general sales support to enhance the overall efficiency of the team.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on follow-up and organization.
- Comfortable operating in a high-volume call environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing multiple communication methods (text messaging, emails, phone calls).
- Experience in nurturing leads and providing sales support.
- Customer interaction skills, particularly with homeowners or consumers, are advantageous.
