Key Responsibilities
- Deliver significant sales and marketing support to the commercial team and independent sales representatives, focusing on pricing and margin analysis, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Assist the sales team with essential customer service and sales operations tasks, which include managing LCM/NDA documents, addressing technical inquiries, following up on orders, coordinating samples, tracking payments, and completing various surveys/questionnaires.
- Act as a lead catcher by performing lead vetting, providing initial quotes, and updating the C4C system accordingly.
- Aid opportunity management efforts by monitoring and reporting on sales opportunities as required.
- Conduct SAP-related tasks such as data mapping, setting up new materials/customers, and facilitating smooth approval processes for the sales team using SAP or SF platforms.
- Manage small volume long-tail inside accounts and transactional accounts while collaborating closely with account managers to promote the growth of new small accounts.
- Offer assistance with MarComm logistics as needed.
- Proficiency in digital platforms and business software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Professional interaction skills with a diverse array of individuals.
- A background in sales support, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field is desired.
- Recent graduates with degrees in Engineering or Science are encouraged to apply.

- Competitive pay rate of $35 per hour.
- Contract duration of 12 months.
- A hybrid work model, allowing you to work 3 days onsite and 2 days remotely.
