Key Responsibilities

• Optimize and refine Sales & Distribution and C4 processes to align with overarching business objectives.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve system-related issues while collaborating with technical teams for preventative solutions.
• Monitor system performance, pinpoint bottlenecks, and execute enhancements to maximize operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure effective integration across systems.
• Draft comprehensive functional specifications detailing system requirements.
• Configure the SAP S/4HANA system in accordance with business needs.
• Conduct thorough testing to validate system functionality and identify any inconsistencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud or substantial experience with SAP ECC in Sales & Distribution and CRM modules.
• Comprehensive understanding of Order to Cash and CRM processes.
• Proven expertise in analyzing and enhancing business processes.
• Familiarity with SAP configuration, data analysis, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Experience in participating in or leading SAP implementation or upgrade initiatives is advantageous.
