Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead and refine SEM strategies across Google Search, Apple Search Ads, and Bing, enhancing growth for Web and iOS platforms.
- Create and scale effective Web search campaigns by implementing advanced keyword optimization, bid management, and precise audience segmentation to elevate conversions and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Boost Apple Search Ads effectiveness by incorporating App Store Optimization (ASO) best practices to amplify app visibility, increase installs, and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to drive improvements in key performance indicators like installs, trial sign-ups, and paid subscriptions.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance utilizing data-driven insights to manage budgets and replicate successful strategies.
- Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Analytics teams to align SEM initiatives with overarching business objectives and integrate campaigns into a cohesive growth strategy.
- Investigate creative, unconventional methods in paid search marketing to uncover new avenues for user acquisition and growth expansion.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, search engine updates, and emerging best practices to maintain competitive edge and campaign effectiveness.
- 4 years of direct experience managing SEM campaigns, demonstrating a track record of success in scaling performance-oriented initiatives for Web and iOS platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Bing, alongside expertise in keyword research and optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical capabilities with familiarity in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization software (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Adjust).
- Experience managing sizable budgets while enhancing efficiency and reducing customer acquisition costs (CAC).
- Solid understanding of attribution models for accurate campaign performance assessment.
- Proficient in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and data-informed enhancements.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities, capable of conveying actionable insights to diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A commitment to continuous growth, characterized by a passion for experimentation, innovation, and optimization.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, adapting strategies as necessary.
