Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a daily client checklist for 200 accounts.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new clients and ensure an efficient transition process.
- Collaborate closely with Media Buying and Delivery teams to secure the correct setup of client accounts.
- Maintain and update client CRMs and accounts as required.
- Serve as the primary point of contact to address client inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Conduct proactive outreach to clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Schedule and manage calendar appointments for comprehensive client consultations.
- Track client requests and oversee a dynamic to-do list.
- Guide clients to optimize their results effectively.
- Demonstrate a leadership mindset by taking initiative and addressing challenges directly.
- A proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
- Exceptional business communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attendance record and a robust work ethic.
- Previous experience in phone sales, appointment setting, or lead generation is preferred.
- Coaching, sales management, or leadership experience is advantageous.
- Capability to work remotely with a dependable internet connection and a distraction-free environment.
- Open-mindedness and eagerness to learn from industry leaders.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in client retention and management.
- Experience in customer service, B2B sales, customer relationship management, and customer retention, each requiring at least 2 years.
