Job Overview

We are in search of a seasoned and results-oriented Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our innovative marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the sales department to spearhead targeted outbound demand generation initiatives. You will craft and implement personalized outbound campaigns aimed at engaging high-value accounts, ultimately driving pipeline growth and accelerating revenue. This position is ideal for a marketer who excels at aligning strategy with execution, optimizing campaigns, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the sales team to identify, prioritize, and target high-value accounts based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Devise and execute tailored outbound campaigns for specific accounts and buyer personas.
  • Oversee cold email campaigns utilizing tools like Smartlead and HubSpot, ensuring optimization for engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with sales to develop and implement personalized outreach strategies, integrating email communications, messaging sequences, and sales materials.
  • Create templates, messaging, and enablement resources to support outbound sales initiatives.
  • Work alongside content, design, and demand generation teams to ensure consistent messaging across all campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze outbound campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Continuously test, refine, and enhance outbound strategies, tools, and processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills

  • 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on outbound demand generation, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), or sales enablement.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing outbound campaigns that generate pipeline growth and revenue, particularly in enterprise or high-value account contexts.
  • Practical experience with tools such as Smartlead, HubSpot, or comparable platforms, along with a solid grasp of email deliverability best practices.
  • Exceptional messaging and copywriting abilities, with a knack for crafting tailored outreach content that resonates with both technical and business decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing alignment, with demonstrated experience working closely with sales teams to achieve unified objectives.
  • Data-driven approach, emphasizing the importance of tracking, reporting, and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with ICP development, sales collateral creation, and account-targeting strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS, IT, or security sectors, particularly dealing with enterprise clients or technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of ABM frameworks and tools such as 6sense, Demandbase, or Terminus.
  • Expertise in analyzing and optimizing cold email campaign performance.

Compensation

Expected base salary ranges from \(120k to \)150k.*

  • Note: Salary may be adjusted based on qualifications, role, level, and location.
