Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager - Retail Media to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This pivotal role involves nurturing robust relationships and delivering strategic support to an assigned portfolio of clients. As the primary liaison, you will be instrumental in ensuring client success, collaborating across internal teams, addressing challenges, and identifying avenues for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary technical support and services aimed at driving client success.
  • Identify avenues for account expansion through innovative products and market outreach.
  • Provide both tactical and strategic support to significant accounts while fostering strong relationships with agencies and brands.
  • Serve as an escalation point for client concerns, presenting well-considered solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on retail media and our platform, contributing to training materials and engaging in webinars as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Training and Education team to design onboarding and educational resources.
  • Continuously review and enhance internal processes to boost efficiency.
  • Educate users on the latest platform features and best practices.
  • Assist pre-sales initiatives by showcasing platform functionalities and offering advertising optimization advice.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues pertaining to software functionalities and updates.
  • Relay client feedback to the R&D team during product development discussions.
  • Generate reports and document software errors for communication with developers.

Required Skills

  • 4-5 years of experience in digital/search advertising with relevant domain expertise.
  • 2-3 years of experience with eCommerce advertising platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Criteo, or Kroger (experience with Amazon DSP and similar technologies preferred).
  • Strong background in customer success, consulting, or pre-sales support.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, fostering a collaborative mindset.
  • Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt to new challenges.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and adeptness in data analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Spanish fluency is a plus.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Annual base salary range: \(95,000 - \)115,000, based on experience, skills, and market data.
  • Eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus.
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off.
