Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage comprehensive content calendars, ensuring that all posts align with strategic company objectives and resonate with audience interests.
• Serve as the audience’s voice, guaranteeing that content effectively engages with their preferences while meeting brand goals.
• Collaborate closely with Creative and Marketing teams to develop vibrant editorial calendars filled with forward-thinking content initiatives.
• Coordinate efforts with regional teams to create impactful campaigns and content that elevate our brand while respecting cultural nuances.
• Regularly propose and refine innovative content ideas aimed at enhancing engagement across various social media platforms.
• Work in conjunction with Country Leads to develop localized content that aligns with overarching global strategies and resonates with diverse audiences.
• Manage and nurture social media communities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok, with an additional understanding of YouTube and SEO being advantageous.
• Keep abreast of social media trends, competitor actions, and relevant discussions to maintain our competitive edge.
• Create, edit, and optimize social media copy, scripts, and multimedia assets, including Instagram Stories and short videos.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insightful reports on campaign effectiveness and weekly updates.
  
  

Required Skills

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing social media channels, particularly within agency or client-facing roles.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities to mentor and guide a global team of social media professionals.
• A strong creative vision with a passion for producing engaging and impactful content.
• Excellent writing abilities, with experience in copywriting or journalism being a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in tools such as Slack, Google Suite, and basic skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
