You will be instrumental in fostering joint value creation and enhancing our presence in the enterprise nonprofit sector through these key partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a partnership strategy aimed at leading nonprofit marketing and fundraising agencies, along with major federated organizations such as the Red Cross, United Way, Greenpeace, and YMCAs.
- Develop and sustain robust relationships with senior decision-makers within these organizations.
- Collaborate with leaders from agencies and federated organizations to design compelling joint value propositions and integrated service offerings.
- Promote platform adoption by closely partnering with agencies to provide training, enablement, and continuous support.
- Negotiate and oversee strategic partnership agreements, including establishing joint revenue objectives, co-selling initiatives, and success metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to ensure alignment with overarching company objectives and deliver tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of partner organizations.
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences, enhancing our brand and uncovering new partnership prospects within the nonprofit space.
- Over 7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales, with a proven success record in the nonprofit technology sector, particularly with agencies and federated organizations.
- Profound understanding of the nonprofit fundraising landscape, including key players and the requirements of large agencies and federated organizations.
- Executive presence with the ability to establish trust and credibility with senior leaders in the nonprofit domain.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills, capable of devising mutually beneficial partnership frameworks for diverse stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, effectively conveying value propositions to varied audiences.
- Proven experience in negotiating and managing complex partnerships, particularly within the nonprofit sector.
- Familiarity with partner management platforms (e.g., PartnerStack, Partner Fleet, Crossbeam) is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel as necessary to strengthen relationships and attend relevant industry events.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, or sales related to nonprofit organizations.
- Strong familiarity with the nonprofit technology landscape and the needs of large nonprofit entities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferable but not mandatory.

- OTE: \(180,000 - \)200,000
- Base Salary: \(135,000 - \)150,000
