Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify, prioritize, and target high-value accounts in alignment with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Develop and implement tailored outbound campaigns that address specific accounts and buyer personas.
- Manage cold email campaigns utilizing tools such as Smartlead and HubSpot, ensuring optimization for engagement and conversions.
- Partner with the sales team to devise and execute personalized outreach strategies, integrating email, messaging sequences, and sales resources.
- Create templates, messaging, and enablement materials to support outbound sales initiatives.
- Work in conjunction with content, design, and demand generation teams to maintain cohesive messaging across all campaigns.
- Monitor and evaluate outbound campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Continuously test, refine, and enhance outbound strategies, tools, and processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, emphasizing outbound demand generation, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), or sales enablement.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing outbound campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue, particularly in enterprise environments.
- Proficient in using tools such as Smartlead, HubSpot, or similar platforms, with a robust understanding of email deliverability best practices.
- Exceptional messaging and copywriting abilities, capable of creating tailored outreach content that resonates with both technical and business decision-makers.
- Strong grasp of sales and marketing alignment, with experience collaborating closely with sales teams to achieve shared objectives.
- Data-driven mindset, focusing on tracking, reporting, and optimizing campaign performance.
- Familiarity with ICP development, sales collateral creation, and account-targeting strategies.
- Experience in SaaS, IT, or security sectors is highly desirable, particularly with enterprise buyers or technical audiences.
- Familiarity with ABM frameworks and tools such as 6sense, Demandbase, or Terminus.
- Expertise in analyzing and optimizing cold email campaign performance.
