Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the strategy, development, and execution of impactful campaigns across digital and social platforms.
- Oversee all dimensions of campaign setup, management, and optimization, focusing on strategy, budget allocation, and creative asset collaboration.
- Partner with creative and strategy teams to refine messaging, creative direction, and targeting for campaigns.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and search engines to yield measurable results.
- Facilitate monthly reporting discussions and internal meetings to convey campaign insights and performance metrics.
- Regularly update and maintain reporting dashboards with critical insights.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to recommend enhancements across various channels.
- Conduct audits of paid media channels and implement industry best practices to bolster results.
- Stay informed of industry trends, providing insights and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Offer ongoing suggestions to enhance client sales, encompassing website optimizations and email strategies.
- Demonstrate initiative, taking ownership of progress toward both client and agency objectives.
- Extensive experience collaborating with CPG brands.
- Proven expertise in managing budgets and campaigns across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple client projects independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong passion for digital and social media marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Social Media, SEO) are advantageous.
- Solid understanding of business and financial principles, with the ability to link sales targets with marketing strategies.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital and social media marketing, specifically in relation to CPG brands.

- Salary: \(75,000 - \)90,000, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and skills.
- 16 days of PTO and 11 paid holidays per year.
