Key Responsibilities
- Lead product development efforts as the upstream marketing authority for various initiatives, guiding the formulation of market specifications and financial models.
- Create comprehensive Marketing Requirement Specifications and Product Marketing Plans which encompass market analysis, strategic initiatives, and performance measurement metrics.
- Formulate and implement meticulous launch strategies, including customer targeting, value propositions, pricing frameworks, branding, and evidence-based approaches.
- Integrate VOC throughout all phases of Technology Development and Product Development processes.
- Establish long-term product roadmaps and launch blueprints utilizing market research and insights.
- Monitor business performance against set objectives and adapt strategies to meet changing goals.
- Collaborate with R&D, operations, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams to synchronize product marketing requirements and identify areas for improvement.
- Partner with downstream marketing groups to design impactful communications and promotional strategies.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders, global peers, and external key opinion leaders, while gathering market insights through field engagements and customer events.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience within the medical device sector.
- Preferred: An advanced degree (e.g., MBA); experience with Class III implantable medical devices, especially those requiring ongoing service or support; digital health product management expertise; strong financial modeling skills; success in leading global product launches within a matrix organization; and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively to meet deadlines with a keen attention to detail.
