Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of strategic and intricate proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and messaging established during positioning.
- Collaborate with client service managers to implement client strategies, overseeing all proposal activities for quality assurance, compliance, production, and punctual delivery.
- Facilitate team meetings to brainstorm components of the proposal, including key differentiators and themes.
- Enhance communication with clients by ensuring alignment of strategies initiated during the planning phase.
- Partner with marketing to create targeted materials for client interactions and presentations.
- Provide support in interview preparation and coaching for proposal teams to ensure consistency in messaging.
- Collaborate with technical teams to tailor proposal content, including resumes and project descriptions.
- Manage and organize proposal resources for accessibility and future reference.
- Contribute to special projects through content development for qualifications and presentations.
- Conduct review calls and participate in client meetings to gather insights for continuous proposal improvements.
- Extensive experience in crafting proposals for a variety of RFPs/solicitations.
- Strong skills in persuasive writing, editing, presentation, and interview coaching.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective collaboration both independently and as part of a team.
- A meticulous attention to detail and adept problem-solving capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in proposal development, preferably within the A/E/C sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and InDesign.
