As an SEO Specialist, you will be instrumental in shaping our organic growth strategy at a pioneering company in the business insurance sector. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to stimulate organic traffic growth.
• Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and website audits to uncover optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with the content team to establish an SEO content calendar aligned with marketing objectives and sales processes.
• Optimize website content, structure, and metadata to enhance search engine rankings.
• Partner with the digital media team to cultivate high-quality backlinks and manage link building efforts.
• Ensure the integration of SEO best practices within content and design teams.
• Monitor and evaluate organic performance utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, and Ahrefs.
• Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments.
• Provide guidance to content writers, designers, and other team members in executing the SEO strategy.
• Be adaptable and ready to take on additional tasks that contribute to the team’s objectives.
  
  

Required Skills

• 2 years of experience in managing SEO strategy and execution.
• Proven success in conducting national organic SEO campaigns.
• Strong ability to formulate effective SEO strategies.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Moz, SEMRush, and Ahrefs.
• Excellent skills in project management.
• In-depth experience in content strategy development and management.
• Hands-on experience in link building, technical audits, and content optimization.
• Familiarity with WordPress is a plus.
• A willingness to explore the realm of insurance marketing.

Compensation And Benefits

• Salary range: \(60k - \)80k
• 160 hours of PTO annually, plus two floating holidays (totaling over 4 weeks)
