This fully remote position will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of our cutting-edge SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) product, which is set to launch in October 2024. Your efforts will support our mission to empower small and midsize businesses (SMBs) by simplifying security and safeguarding them against cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish a clear product vision and strategy for our SIEM offering.
• Conduct thorough market analysis and competitive research to guide product development and pricing.
• Transform customer insights into innovative, practical solutions that exceed market expectations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive business requirements, epics, and user stories.
• Prioritize product features aligned with strategic objectives and market demands.
• Drive the product roadmap and guide the go-to-market strategy in collaboration with marketing, sales, and executive leadership.
• Facilitate successful product launches, working closely with key stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance ongoing product development.
• Serve as a communication bridge between engineering and non-technical stakeholders, clarifying complex technical concepts.
• Lead strategic initiatives while remaining engaged with the details of execution.
• Partner with design and engineering teams to develop mockups and prototypes for new features.
• Conduct user experience testing to gather actionable insights on platform utilization.

Required Skills

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, specifically with SIEM products.
• Proven ability to establish a long-term vision and strategy that delivers impactful results.
• Demonstrated track record in driving product innovation from conception to market launch.
• Familiarity with agile development practices and tools.
• Strong communication skills to craft engaging narratives that align diverse teams with product objectives.
• Experience with cloud-based product environments, particularly in AWS or similar platforms.

• Competitive base salary ranging from \(210,000 to \)230,000.
