With a mission to redefine coffee consumption through our unique blend of functional ingredients, you will play a crucial role in amplifying our brand presence across various digital platforms while leading a talented team in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to uphold our distinctive brand identity and voice across all channels.
  • Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our growth objectives.
  • Ensure coherence in messaging across social media, partnerships, and community initiatives.
  • Develop platform-specific strategies to enhance growth, engagement, and conversion on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Guide the Social Media Manager in curating and posting content that resonates with our campaigns and branding.
  • Stay informed about social media trends and apply innovative tactics to maximize engagement.
  • Partner with the Community Manager to cultivate a vibrant and loyal online community that embodies our brand values.
  • Plan and oversee marketing campaigns from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with our audience's interests.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director to create compelling assets for campaigns.
  • Integrate social media efforts into broader brand initiatives to boost awareness and drive sales.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics including engagement, reach, and brand sentiment.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies for sustained success.
  • Provide regular performance updates and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager to ensure our Facebook group fosters genuine connections reflecting our brand ethos.
  • Develop initiatives to grow and engage our community through targeted campaigns, events, and quality content.
