Key Responsibilities
- Develop captivating content: Conceptualize, script, film, and edit engaging short-form video content utilizing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
- Oversee social media channels: Manage daily content for primary social media accounts and support additional brand pages as required.
- Organize a content library: Maintain a comprehensive digital asset library for internal and external utilization.
- Coordinate partner content: Schedule and disseminate posts from retail partners, influencers, and internal teams.
- Execute social giveaways: Plan and implement monthly giveaway initiatives.
- Engage with our audience: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to cultivate an active online community.
- Collaborate across departments: Work closely with content, eCommerce, supply chain, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies effectively.
- Analyze performance metrics: Provide monthly reports detailing social media engagement and overall effectiveness.

- Proven experience: Minimum of 3 years in social media management, preferably with a background in social commerce (experience in retail or agency settings is advantageous).
- Technical proficiency: Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (such as Brandwatch) and video editing software.
- Culinary passion: An affinity for cooking and awareness of current food trends is highly desirable.
- Communication expertise: Exceptional writing and copy-editing abilities tailored for social media content.
- Organizational skills: Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines with precision.
