Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging content - Conceptualize, script, film, and edit captivating social media videos using platforms like CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
- Oversee social media channels - Manage daily content updates for our primary social media accounts while supporting additional brand pages as required.
- Organize digital assets - Maintain and curate a well-organized digital asset library for both internal and external use.
- Coordinate with partners - Schedule and share content from retail partners, influencers, and internal teams to maximize outreach.
- Execute giveaways - Plan and facilitate monthly giveaway initiatives to engage our audience.
- Foster community engagement - Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to build a vibrant online community.
- Collaborate with diverse teams - Work alongside content, eCommerce, supply chain, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts effectively.
- Analyze engagement metrics - Prepare monthly performance reports concerning social media engagement and effectiveness.
- Support social commerce strategies - Create content that bolsters our social selling endeavors.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, with a preference for expertise in social commerce (retail or agency experience is advantageous).
- Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (e.g., Brandwatch) and video editing software.
- Exceptional writing and copy-editing skills for crafting compelling social media content.
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail, enabling efficient management of multiple projects and deadlines.
- A collaborative spirit, comfortable working across various departments.
- Bonus skills include familiarity with Canva and previous copywriting experience for social media content.
- While a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, it is not mandatory.
- Salary Range: \(50,000 - \)55,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
