- Manage and execute social media content calendars to ensure strategic and consistent daily postings.
- Organize a comprehensive social content library for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate content from external partners, including influencers and retail collaborators.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as Marketing Communications, to synchronize content strategies.
- Execute monthly social media promotions and giveaways to foster community engagement.
- Interact with followers by responding to comments and messages, building a lively online community.
- Prepare detailed monthly performance reports that analyze engagement metrics and content efficacy.
- Contribute to social commerce initiatives by producing high-impact content designed to drive sales.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably within a retail or consumer brand context (agency or in-house).
- Strong proficiency in social media scheduling tools, with hands-on experience using Brandwatch.
- Advanced video editing skills utilizing social media video editing applications.
- A genuine passion for social media, coupled with an awareness of current trends and best practices.
