- Develop and implement strategic paid media campaigns to drive conversions, site traffic, engagement, video views, and follower growth.
- Monitor and assess campaign performance across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest, providing actionable insights.
- Create comprehensive reports on campaign efficacy and proactively share insights with stakeholders.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with client objectives.
- Utilize data-driven strategies to continuously improve campaign outcomes and exceed client expectations.
- 1-2 years of experience managing paid media campaigns either in-house or at an agency.
- Proficiency in platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Snapchat, CTV, OTT, and Programmatic buying.
- Experience with full-funnel buying strategies, encompassing both Awareness and Direct Response objectives.
- Competence in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics.
- Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
