Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Strategic Growth Partner to join our Customer Growth & Experience team in a fully remote capacity. In this pivotal role, you will focus on driving sustainable growth and delivering exceptional value for our prominent enterprise clients by aligning their strategic objectives with our innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with senior stakeholders within client organizations, acting as the principal liaison for strategic initiatives and a trusted advisor to leadership.
  • Embed yourself within client operations by engaging daily, attending meetings, and actively contributing to strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  • Foster collaboration across various departments to ensure that customer goals align seamlessly with our value offerings.
  • Identify intersections between client goals and our solutions to customize offerings that enhance efficiency and promote long-term growth.
  • Translate strategic directions from clients into actionable initiatives, prioritizing based on impact and feasibility.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), recognizing trends and proposing strategies for optimization.
  • Provide insightful recommendations that bolster client growth, enhance operational efficiency, and maximize return on investment.
  • Lead the design and presentation of tailored solutions that demonstrate how our services align with client strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth implementation of client-focused solutions and the consistent fulfillment of service commitments.

Required Skills

  • Strong background in customer success, supply chain logistics, and SaaS solutions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities, with a proficiency in collaborating across all levels of an organization.
  • Robust analytical skills, with a proven track record of transforming data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Experience in developing and executing customized solutions tailored to client requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA or Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting, specifically within the supply chain, logistics, or SaaS sectors.
  • Proven success in managing complex client relationships, resolving challenges, and supporting sustained growth.
