Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and innovative Technical Marketing Specialist to join our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in developing marketing strategies, driving key business initiatives, and executing impactful campaigns within the payments and fintech sectors. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and oversee marketing programs across digital platforms including email and social media.
  • Facilitate lead generation, customer relationship management, data analysis, and prospect research to support targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and manage content strategies, encompassing website enhancements, blog entries, and newsletters to engage target audiences.
  • Direct online advertising initiatives on platforms such as LinkedIn and manage search engine optimization/search engine marketing strategies to boost visibility and traffic.
  • Assist in outreach activities by gathering leads, constructing contact databases, and devising outreach methodologies.
  • Coordinate public relations efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot and enhance marketing tools, create SQL queries, and develop JavaScript macros to streamline operations.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical marketing role, preferably in the payments industry.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, SQL, and marketing tools such as Google Tag Manager and LinkedIn Ads Manager.
  • Strong creative abilities to generate engaging content that resonates with varied audiences.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an aptitude for simplifying complex information.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong multitasking and project management capabilities.
  • A high degree of self-motivation and accountability with a proactive approach to challenges.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a technical marketing capacity, ideally relevant to the payments sector.
