We are in search of a proactive and skilled Technical Product Manager II to join our team, focused on driving the success of our innovative product offerings. This pivotal role requires you to be the voice of our customers and the market, identifying areas for enhancement and addressing real-world challenges. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic vision and roadmap for our API Partner platform and related internal tools.
  • Cultivate robust relationships with both internal teams (such as DevOps, Engineering, and Partnerships) and external partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the delivery of scalable and reliable solutions.
  • Serve as the API Partner Platform expert, advocating for industry best practices.
  • Simplify complex technical requirements into actionable product features.
  • Champion customer needs to ensure user-friendly platform functionalities.
  • Define and prioritize product features based on market insights and customer feedback.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to foster productive partnerships.

Required Skills

  • Proven product management experience with a minimum of 5 years, particularly within B2B SaaS sectors.
  • Solid technical foundation with at least 2 years in software engineering or development roles.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in building API integrations, with familiarity in call tracking or routing platforms being advantageous.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Strong customer-centric focus with a history of successful relationship management.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, showcasing creativity and resourcefulness.
  • Strong communication skills, adept at conveying complex ideas to both technical and business audiences.
  • Effective collaboration skills to engage with engineers, product designers, and executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
