About The Role

As a Program Manager, you will be instrumental in orchestrating the planning, execution, and delivery of multifaceted robotics projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed successfully, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to clearly articulate program objectives and ensure alignment across teams.
• Manage programs through successful execution by formulating project plans, schedules, KPIs, and budgets.
• Coordinate seamlessly with engineering, manufacturing, software development, and quality assurance teams to ensure effective project management.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks while proactively addressing issues that may hinder project progress.
• Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders, consistently providing updates on project milestones and deliverables.
• Assess resource requirements and work with department heads to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Oversee quality assurance processes to guarantee that deliverables meet customer expectations and adhere to regulatory standards.
• Monitor project budgets, identify opportunities for cost savings, and report financial updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Represent the interests of the customer throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with their needs.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in program or project management.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects from inception through completion.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
