Key Responsibilities
- Foster and enhance profitable relationships with existing dealers.
- Provide dealers with essential training and support to elevate their contract production and market presence.
- Identify and engage potential new dealer partnerships to broaden your territory.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings and competitive landscape to offer valuable insights.
- Collaborate with dealers to craft and implement effective marketing strategies that attract new clientele and bolster retention.
- Achieve and surpass annual sales growth and profitability targets.
- Oversee sales-related administrative responsibilities, including reporting and expense management.
- Travel frequently within your designated territory as well as to other regions when necessary, with occasional overnight stays.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Finance and Insurance (F&I) role within the powersports or automotive sector.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or sales management, specifically in the retail powersports or automotive arena.
- Proven track record in building a robust prospect list, alongside demonstrated networking and business development proficiency.
- Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Superior organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Comprehensive understanding of the powersports industry and its cultural nuances.
- Experience in F&I, particularly in menu selling and handling objections.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Significant experience in sales, with a demonstrable history of success in the powersports or automotive industry.
