Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both current and prospective customers to encourage loyalty and drive growth.
- Professionally manage customer inquiries, RFQs, quotes, POs, sales, and returns to ensure efficient operations.
- Enhance and oversee the company's social media presence and marketing strategies.
- Develop engaging communication for customers across multiple platforms, including social media, blogs, website landing pages, white papers, and email newsletters.
- Recruit, manage, and supervise Manufacturer Representatives to extend our reach and influence.
- Remain informed about the latest trends and innovations in SEO and lead generation.
- Maintain an accurate and comprehensive database of customers, prospects, order histories, quotes, and sales funnels.
- Develop and oversee the sales budget, monitor performance, and provide regular reporting on results.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to foster relationship-building.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprint drawings for part specifications.
- General understanding of the manufacturing process and related terminology.
- Familiarity with SEO practices and lead generation technologies.
- A minimum of 8 years of Sales Management experience, preferably within the Contract Manufacturing industry.
