Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with both prospective and current clients.
- Supervise customer interactions, including inquiries, RFQs, quotes, purchase orders, sales processes, and returns.
- Oversee and amplify the company’s digital marketing presence and related programs.
- Generate compelling content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, landing pages, white papers, and email marketing initiatives.
- Lead, support, and recruit Manufacturer Representatives to enhance sales outreach.
- Remain informed on SEO best practices and lead generation techniques.
- Maintain an organized database encompassing customer information, order history, and sales reporting.
- Develop and oversee the sales budget while tracking performance metrics and compiling results.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Sales Management, preferably in contract manufacturing.
- Proficiency in interpreting blueprint drawings for part specifications.
- Foundational knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities.
- Proven track record as a sales leader dedicated to driving growth and establishing customer rapport.
- Strong background in leading teams within the sales and marketing domain.
