Position: Equipment Sales Support Team Member

Location: Sun Prairie, WI, or Las Vegas, NV

Located in either Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, or Las Vegas, Nevada, this role presents an exceptional opportunity to engage with a diverse range of veterinary equipment while providing support to both internal teams and valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Equipment Sales Director and Equipment Specialist in managing quotes and responding to online inquiries.
• Oversee and coordinate the tracking of equipment demos, returns, and dosimetry badges.
• Maintain and regularly update pricing lists, PDF documents, and manuals related to equipment.
• Collaborate closely with the e-commerce team to deliver accurate and up-to-date information on equipment.
• Stay abreast of new product offerings from vendors, facilitating product updates and requests for computer numbers.
• Prepare pricing sheets and special offers for upcoming trade shows and conferences.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support the team and company objectives.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with veterinary hospital equipment is desirable.
