Key Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries concerning a range of services, including roll-off, front-load, residential, rotator, and confidential document destruction.
- Manage escalated phone calls and emails with utmost professionalism.
- Compose clear and professional correspondence for municipalities and other clients.
- Deliver accurate service and pricing information to customers and sales teams.
- Provide exceptional customer support, troubleshoot service-related issues, and collaborate effectively with the Customer Service, Dispatch, and Sales departments.
- Contribute to the planning and ongoing enhancement of departmental processes.
- 3-5 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to think critically and devise creative solutions to problems.
- Proficiency in a variety of computer applications (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, calendars).
- Strong written communication skills; experience with municipal interactions is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational capabilities with the aptitude to prioritize, multitask, and maintain attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- 3-5 years of relevant customer service experience preferred.
- Demonstrated capability in handling customer inquiries with professionalism.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is preferred.
