Position Overview

We are in search of an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Strategist who possesses a comprehensive understanding of the latest industry tools and methodologies. This multifaceted role entails the planning and execution of digital marketing strategies, meticulous analysis, user-experience design, and optimizing conversion rates. The ideal candidate will effectively leverage email marketing and comprehend the significance of content creation and social media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in the planning, development, and execution of digital marketing strategies for clients
  • Manage client-focused marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, and content marketing
  • Analyze and refine campaigns to align with client objectives
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate client strategies seamlessly
  • Deliver projects within defined scope, timelines, and quality standards
  • Establish benchmarks to monitor, report, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Conduct workshops on buyer personas to gather insights into client audiences
  • Craft essential messaging for websites and online promotional platforms
  • Guide and advise clients on strategic decisions and directions
  • Present findings and recommendations to both external and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee a diverse and expanding portfolio of clients

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an agency or digital marketing role
  • Proven ability in the strategy, planning, execution, and management of organic and paid search marketing across major digital platforms
  • Strong proficiency in keyword research and analytical skills
  • Experience in conducting search engine ranking analysis and generating reports
  • Skilled in monitoring and managing the daily execution of search and social marketing campaigns
  • Capable of performing trend analysis and interpreting web analytics to adjust strategies effectively
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and multivariate experiments
  • Preferred: Expertise in SEO strategy and content development

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is required.
