Key Responsibilities
- Direct the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Search & Personalization to boost user engagement and discovery.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams to implement impactful features that elevate the search experience and foster personalized, meaningful interactions.
- Convert complex technical capabilities into clear product specifications while effectively prioritizing tasks.
- Design and execute A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize crucial metrics like activation rates, engagement, and retention.
- Articulate findings across all organizational levels, fostering consensus on priorities and objectives.
- Work in partnership with design teams to deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences that enhance discovery.
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate success and drive continuous improvements.
- Conduct user research and analyze data to gain in-depth insights into user needs, informing product decisions.
- Provide regular updates on product strategy, goals, and progress to stakeholders, including leadership.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing AI/ML-driven personalization products at scale, collaborating with full-stack engineers, designers, and data scientists.
- In-depth knowledge of search technologies (e.g., Elasticsearch, Solr), personalization algorithms, and machine learning models. Capability to engage in technical discussions and comprehend architectural trade-offs.
- Proven ability to leverage data for informed decision-making, driving experimentation and performance analysis.
