The expected salary range for this position is between \(185,000 and \)210,000, commensurate with experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a vital member of the sales and commercial team, driving sales initiatives at the territory level.
- Act as the primary point of contact between healthcare professionals (HCPs) and the SpringWorks organization.
- Achieve revenue targets by executing brand strategies, delivering approved clinical information, and engaging in rigorous account planning.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including HCPs, physician practices, and hospitals.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the oncology landscape and adapt strategies to address evolving market dynamics.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills in product knowledge, sales techniques, and planning.
- Collaborate effectively with field and headquarters teams to drive tactical coordination and communication.
- Support local key opinion leaders (KOLs) in fostering professional relationships.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
- In-depth understanding of oncology market dynamics and reimbursement processes.
- Proven experience with virtual selling and embracing new technologies.
- High ethical standards and a strong work ethic that fosters mutual trust and respect.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology sectors.
- At least 5 years of demonstrated success in rare disease sales within the healthcare industry, specifically in oncology.
- Proven track record of achieving results in competitive markets.
